Prepration of new plastered Internal wall surfaces complete all as specified and M&L for the following :- (a) Applying not less than 1.5mm thick wall care putty in two coats (Total thickness in two coats shall not be less than 1.5mm) on wall surface and smoothening the surfcae with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to painting as complete all as specified directed. (b) two coat of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of acrylic primer by using Airless spray / Roller over prepared surface as (a) above. Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface prepration with prior approval of Engr-in-chrge in case of use of Mechanical equiment are not posiible.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applied one coat of primer/ primer cum sealer having alkali resistance property diluted with water and mixed with bio block in ratio 5:4:1 followed by application applying two coats of modified acrylic apex exterior emulsion paint which shall give 5 year of performance warranty, (Make : As per Appendix 'C').

Material and labour scrapping and removing old paint, lease material and algae fungus then cleaning of surface with water using pressure washer machine, then crack filling with acrylic based textured crack filler and then applied with one coat of primer/ primer cum sealer having alkali resistance property diluted with water and mixed with bio block in ratio 5:4:1 followed by application of two coats of modified acrylic apex exterior emulsion paint of approved shade having silicon additives in paint which shall give 5 year of performance warranty, (Make : Burger/Nerolac/Asian paint) complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed:-

(a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc.

(b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square metre duly blended with & including water proofing compound.

(c) 15 mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding.

(d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) to sunken surface including walls upto FFL.

(e) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using brick course agreegates for filling of sunken portion after conceling all menbrane and sealing all joints to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Floor area shall be considered for measurement & payment purpose)

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick of approved colour as in dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of dado all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of designer border in vertical surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L full body Vitrified coloured tiles of dark/ light colour shade of 10mm thick of size 600mm x 600mm polished, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L full body Vitrified coloured tiles of light/dark colour shade 10 mm thick of size 600mm x 600mm polished, as in skirting etc. to match the vitrified ceramic coloured shade floor tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick backing/rendering coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Matt finish joint free ceramic coloured tiles of size 600mm x 600mm and 9 to 10mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Matt finish joint free ceramic coloured tiles as in skirting using Matt finish ceramic tiles of size 600mm x 600mm and 9 to 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting all as specified. Note: Rate of designer border in vertical surfaces shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 300mm and 7 mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including making joint at every 3mtr interval and at corner and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand and finished even and fair and laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 to 18 mm thick pre polished green marble (Udaipur green/ Baroda green) in window cills/jambs ,steps, cooking platform, flooring like in set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M&L for 30mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations filling, sub base of floor and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below all as specified and directed :-

(a) M&L 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets mixed with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement; finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

(b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer.

(c) M&L Applying bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Lit/sqm.

(d) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed.

(e) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the leakages / seepages / defects, if any, to the entire satisfaction of GE.

(f) M&L Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 liter/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

(g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

(h) Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following before and during progress of water proofing work:- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result, if tested in any of the independent laboratory or testing if ordered by GE, the testing charges shall however shall be borne by the contractor.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for filleting, benching,coving of chajjah top/junctions,padding concrete below roof treatment etc slightly rounded or chamfered on edges wherever required including necessary form work/moulds etc including applying cement slurry on surface area @2.50 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed .
