Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.20B).

Supplying and filling in foudation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick including well rammed watered and consolidated including cost and conveyance of sand to work site from approved sources and including labour charges for all lead, Gravel lift, filling, laying, levelling, watering and compacting including all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications(TNBP No.24&25).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part Cement, Four Part Fine Aggregate and Eight Part Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One Part cement, one and half Part M-sand and Three Part aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification( TNBP No:30)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel Griil Gate and Design Grill, including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials,Conveyence and all labour charges for fixing in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers.
