Disconnecting the electric connection and taking out the submersible pump set from bore / open well of any capacity including GI column pipe complete and lowering down repaired motor with column pipe, welding joints and connecting electrical connection as directed and transportation of submersible pump set upto 15 HP 3 phase from pump house to any location in GMS area to contractors work shop repaired pump set for relowering, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of submersible motor 7.5 HP 3 phase from pump house at any location in GMS area under AGE E/M GOS Yard, transporting to contractors workshop, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement of motor as per the following :- (a) Cutting out existing winding of stator of submersible motor of any make and rewinding with same size of copper winding wire as existing as directed by the EIC. (b) Straightening the slot of starter of submersible motor of any make (c) Replacement of thrust washer and bearing complete of submersible motor of any make. (d) Replacement of worn-out bushes of submersible motor as per manufacturers design and specification. (e) Replacement of sand guard (f) Providing of sleeves in end plate of submersible motor (g) Replacement of cable gormmet (h) Replacement of water seal (i) Replacement of studs with nuts (j) Lathe work of motor shaft, turning to bring it to original size and shape and plastering of shaft of submersible motor for smooth functioning on described amps

Replacement of impeller upto 7.5 HP submersible pump set

Replacement of old rusted GI Column Pipe heavy grade of size 50 mm dia in pieces of 3.3 metre long , lathe m/c threaded both ends in the bore/open wells complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old rusted heavy grade GI socket of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F in repair PVC insulated submerssible cable water proof flate type 3 core with standed copper conductor cable, 4 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including cable lugs/joints, connection to submerssible motor and other end to aluminium armoured cable including jointing complete as directed.

S&F in repair HDPE Borecaps of size 200/250mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair of steel rope in submersible bore wells from motor to top edge of the bore well of size 6 mm dia(multi wire steenless steel) for holding of submersible pump motor set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling complete openwell submersible pump of capacity 60 HP and overhauling the pump re-threading of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts & washers. replacement of gunmetal bush bearing and gland packing of pump set. and refitting the same after the repair/replacement duly all as specified and tested for smooth functioning of capacity 60 HP

Dismantling the power supply of open well submersible pump set of 60 HP including dismantling from pump and taking to workshop with necessary transportation and opening the complete motor and rewinding the rotor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including motor terminals plate/cable ducts complete of capacity 60 HP including painting complete all as directed.
