M&L providing GI powder coated snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 595x595 mm, using main and cross Tee of size 38.00 x 24.00 x 0.40 mm and 24 x 28 x 0.30 mm respectively. The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with GI anodized angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40 mm . the snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 6 mm dia rod, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructrions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick Gypsum board ceilling of size 595 X 595 mm fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions or laid/inserted to GI framework complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers of 4 mm dia. G.I. wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size upto 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1830 x 1220 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Sheet Wall Panelling of thickness 5mm consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5 mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel and strips shall be density of 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by ISO-9001-2015 certified company. The strip should havein their corner of groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the stirps to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10" between two PVC Strips. The PVC Strip shall fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S. screws throug the groove in the strips by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the point of two panelsfor aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strip of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm fesibered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement, as per manufacturers instruction & specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC 67 series acoustic proof casement(openable)windows off double glaze 5mm thick toughened glass . Outer frame section will be off size 67 x 62 mm dimensions and sash / mullion section dimensions will be 67 x 78 mm or as per requirement 'z' mullion and false mullion section Dimensions is 67 x 58 mm and 67 x 61 mm respectively . Double glazing bead of size 25.8 mm x 23 mm will be provided along with EPDM gasket to the frame sections / mullion & shutter sections . All the frame and shutter mullion section reinforced with required G.I Profile for the strength off the frame and shutter sections as per manufacturer's instructrions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC door frame sections dimensions will be 67 x 62 mm and the door shutter sections dimensions will be 67 x 115 mm provided with required G.I reinforcement along with required hardware for the locking purpose and double glaze glass for acoustic proof as per manufacturer's instructrions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium Shutters with frame of any description n.exc 1 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium Shutters with frame of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks,strraight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in modular size brick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendereing 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick or concrte walls surface incl finishing sueface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendereing 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick or concrte walls surface other than fair face of brick work incl finishing sueface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and therefore applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall above newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC 67 series fixed acoustic proof double glazed window 5mm thick with all necessary hardware. Frame section of size 67x62mm dimensions and mullion section of size 67x78mm along with G.I profile as reinforcement. Glazing bead will be provided with EPDM gasket to hold the glass etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for preparation of old surfaces of wall and washing, rubbing down and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down blind/ curtain rod and refix the same in portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prefabricated, 150mm wide of any pattern/ Design POP moulded moulding fixed on ceiling/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor , 1100 Volt FRLS graded singer core cable for phas and neutral drawn through rigid pvc conduit med gread minimum 20mm size and its accessories complete concealed including provn of pressed steel terminal box of suitable sizefabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet top cover for fixing switches, SSC sheet top cover including one run of 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified and directed. S&F submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required including PVC rigid conduit of suitable size with accessories complete for 2 runs 1.5 sqmm and 1 runs of 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully smoke detector from the roof ceiling and re fixing on new Gypsum/seamless ceiling after cleaning complete with fixing arrangementand connecting with existing connector complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper cable 2.5 sqmm 3/4 core for Connection of smoke detector complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down fan of any type, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and refixing again using extra down rod, Screw bolts, screw hook etc after fixing of Gypsum/ seamless false ceiling and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully indoor AC units from the wall by disconnecting copper pipe, electrical connections and re fixing after complete of new ceiling including making hole on wall and using extra copper pipes, cables, cleaning and serviceing the AC units complete with changing of gas if any required for working complete all as specified and directed.
