8126/SAR-T-29/2026-27 REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL, FENCING, GATE, BARBED WIRE, CONCERTINA COIL AND MISC ITEMS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN SARSAWA UNDER GE (AF) SARSAWA

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: - (i) Water proofing compound to ne measured and paid seprately. (ii) Scaffholding,shuttering upto the requisite height of Perimeter security wall for plaster work on outer periphery security of wall (outside defence land) deemed to be including in this item.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Scaffholding,shuttering upto the requisite height of Perimeter security wall for plaster work on outer periphery security wall deemed to be including in this item.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked), complete all as specifed and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Camouflague/plain pattern to be decided by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying prepolished cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape heavy duty , set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed 15mm thick (1:6) cement mortar complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete, all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
