M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and edgeswill be painted to match will printed sheet fixed in opening as per specification & drawings complete all as specified and as directed.(Make : Rajshree,Plastiwood, Sintex or equivalent as approved)

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tube top & bottom rail mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “c” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap inserted for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work, Grade Fe-410-0 or Fe- 310-0, as in flat iron (for holdfast) complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel tubing of 25 mm dia with PVC coating for curtain rod fancy type including fancy type PVC rings and brackets (wall to wall or flush to wall) for securing to curtain rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.(minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

S&F for PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mm x 600mm, 5 mm thick prelaminaed self design PVC sheet of density 600kg/cum solid PVC panel insert in a frame work made using anodized aluminium T section of size (25mm x 25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid size of 600mm x 600mm. The aluminium frame work is supported fom the ceiling with the help of GI hook and GI wire/6mm MS rods of required size sato maintain for proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is suppored on side wall with the use of aluminium 25mm x 25mm angles complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing.

S&F 10 to 12mm thick plaster of paris sheets fix in ceiling with and including grid made out of angles and tees of one mm thick G I sheets fixed at not more than 45cm centre to centre in both directions. GrId secured by vertical tai of GI sheet angle at not more than 1.2m centre to centre in both directions. The veritical tai of GI sheet angle shall be fixed with M S dash through fastners of 8 mm dia. The ceiling is to be provided at different profiles like curved, flat, sunk and or raised mouding, the joints shall be filled with plaster of paries complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building designed boards in ceiling fixed or laid /inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws. (Note:- Item rate shall be include any height of Bldgs for scafolding as all arrangement.)

M&L preparing of new POP/ false ceiling surfaces and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of morar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles 300x200x5 to 7 mm thick as in skirting,dados, risers to steps,etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mmx250mm x7mm / 450X350X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10 mm thick rendering or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the new surfaces concrete with wire brushing and applying water proofing treatment as under:- (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree cesius on the pepared dry roof surface. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non-wooven ployster mat as reinforcement weighing n.less than 4.50 Kg/Sqm mineral finished by thermo fusion process all as decribed under particular specification The APP membrane shall be of:- (iii) Over the membrane, provide a finishing with two coats of Solar reflective bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufactures.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured separately

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja minimum slope 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed
