Opening of cover (of any description and size) of septic tanks and soakage wells/pits, de-sluding / de-watering contaminated with fine waste materials ( liquid sludge) alongwith solid waste from septic tank and soakage wells/pits of any capacity/depth by mechanical pumping (Truck mounted mechanical machine) / manually making it fully functional to to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge and and removing & depositing the sludge outside the periphery of defence land at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and burring in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud and refixing the cover after cleaning / removing the liquid waste material of septic tanks / soakage wells / pits including cutting holes through slab/ wall where required for inserting pipe and making good the same with cement mortar to match with existing surfaces all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Cleaning of under ground sewage lines of 100mm/150 mm bore including manholes, CI stacks.gully traps etc. by means of cleaning by roding from manholes to manholes till the cleared/cleaned water running under sewage line and flushing after cleaning, taking out sludge collected in manholes, removing & depositing the same outside the periphery of defence land in the pit at a minimum distance of 50 m from nearby living accn and covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes including taking off and re-fxing cover the manhole pitt, complete, all as directed. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Cleaning of blockage of Water Closet (Indian or European), trap & pipe line upto first manhole manually by Roding and making it fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Enginerr-in-charge including removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material, outside MD land and burring in borrow pits including covering with fresh mud, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Cost of Taking out sludge, transporting of sludge out side the defence land, earth work & deposition in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate to be quoted by tenderer.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Demolition or breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or reinforcement concrete) set in cement mortar/concrete complete all as specified.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes for 150mm SGSW pipe after they are laid in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) & tested, complete all as specified and directed.

150 mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described (reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete, all as specified directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B-1 (using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, bed block, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs round or chamfered on edges, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slab for man holes etc set in cement mortar(1:6), complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 16 above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified.

Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cuttings, tops to shapes, as directed, drilling, holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. fixed and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts exceeding 10mm but not exceeding 15mm dia at neck, machine made, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, and similar works, complete all as specfied.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No.36above, but fixing only barbed bar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-serviceable barbed bar obtained from dismantling item No-66 shall be re-used in this item.

Precast cement concrete hollow block masonry built in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Precast PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stone, bed plate, strings coarse etc and set in CM (1:6), complete all as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, complete all as specified.

Raised pointing to random rubble masonary, or polygonal rubble, uncoarsed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in window or door cills lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry) ,bond stone, coping, strings coarse etc and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring/path etc. finished even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade,laid jointed pointed with grey cement and no pigments, with & including 25mm thick sand filling under pavers and paking the joints of paver block with sand, including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete tiles with chemical resistant coating if size 300x300x 25mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section, as in any position, complete all as specified.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description in any condition including removing of cement plaster of concrete of any description from the roof surfaces and removing all the debris to a distance n.exc 100m and roughening surfaces by sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying evenly cement slurry at the rate of 3 Kg/Sqm over cleaned surfaces and providing 10 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound Pedilite LW plus @ 200 ml per 50 Kg of cement finished surface even and smooth for laying of water proofing membrane (Note : WPC will measured and paid separately as supply only), after that cleaning the entire roof surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dust/dirt particles and applying with one coat of industrial bituminious primer at the rate of 0.40 lit/Sqm over the plastered surfaces of roof and applying a course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 0 C @ 1.2 kg/sqm then applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing ........contd to item No-51.01

3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap primed surfaces by forced (tourch) application as per manufactures instructions and applying a course of a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 0 C @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane , complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight), complete all as specified.

40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding laid in slope, finishing surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

15mm thick cement plaster rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of Zinc coating of 275 gms/Sqm with two corrugation side lap and at least 150 mm end lap , fixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts, in roof, walls etc, complete, all as specified.

Description all as per item No. 55 above, but except sheeting, complete all as specified and directed.

0.80mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting with 275 gm/sqm Zinc coating as in ridge , hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashingfixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts, in roof etc., complete, all as specified.

Suspended false ceiling using E- grid suspended ceiling grid system of grid size 600x600mm with GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.4mm, cross Tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.3mm and wall angle 24 x 24mm x 0.4mm using 4mm thick high pressure stream cured classic variant E-board, designer pattern (ISI marked, IS No 14862-2000) & E board to be placed in the grid suspended by 4mm GI wire hangers from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Everest Industries Ltd of equivalent as approved by GE.

Rolled mild steel works as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam,tee,angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe 410W(Gde E-250), quality 'A' complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture.
