Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type, dust & vermin proof, out door type, floor mounted electrical LT panel with IP 54 protection, suitable for 415 V,3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalised design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick detachable gland plate and front hinged door locking arrangment, i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having extendable TPN Aluminum Alloy bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, soild connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates, arrangement for incommers, floor mounted with MS angle leg, making PCC work etc, i/c providing following switch gears:-

INSTRUMENTS :- 2 Nos. digital multifunction meter including suitable rating CTs for 3 phase, 4 wire operation as per specification. 2 Sets of RYB phase LED indicating lamps controlled by 2 amp MCB.

Supply of tubular FRP pole of 76 mm nominal diameter of 1 Mtr length / height including 32mm dia bracket of length minimum 30 cm for fixing light fixtures, with 200 x 200 x 5mm base plate and required holes for installation with base in existing concreate foundation and bolt etc including painting with synthetic enamel paint etc complete as required as per approved drawing.

Erection of FRP pole of item no. 11 on existing cement concrete foundation with available nut & bolt including fixing etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Cable junction Box of size approx. 205 x 255 x 112mm, IP 66 with metric knockouts for cable entry, din channel/ connecter etc including MS clamp for fixing on pole as required assosries etc complete. (Make HENSEL, Product Code-DK2500 or similar)

Supply and fixing of Cable junction Box of size approx. 225 x 295 x 122mm, IP 66 with metric knockouts for cable entry, din channel/ connecter etc including MS clamp for fixing on pole as required assosries etc complete. (Make HENSEL, Product Code-DK3500G or similar)

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract. 2.Being execution of work in operational area , nos. of working hours might be restricted , accordingly contractor has to quote considering all these factors as per SCC .On this account, any claim for extra payment shall not be entertained.
