Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of fully Automatic Double Leaf of 12mm toughened glass Sliding doors, operator with anodised aluminum frame type-C / slim frame Integrated with electro mechanical Lock with future standards and produced according to the guidlines for power operated window, doors, gates BGR232, the UVV and VDE regulations. TUV desigen tested according to low voltage guidline, production according to ISO 9001:2000 certification. fulfils the DIN V18650 (prEN 12650)/ AS-5007-2007. Automatic sliding door operator should have mounting backplate for easy installation and a flexible track profile for improved noise & vibration dampening and easy maintenance. Microprocessor-control unit. Self-learing, with adjustable parameters for opening and closing spped, hold -open time and opening and closing force. Class of protection IP20. Automatic sliding door operators are of very sturdy design with self balancing panel suspension system and with anti-jump fitting with clear passage width of 2420mm SD (Two shutters of equal width) and clear height of 2080mm with single compatible track lenght as per OEM standards for doors with load bearing capacity to be 2 x 160 Kg. (approx) as per OEM Plain toughened glass 12mm thick complete in all respects in line with the technical specifications and site requirement as per direction / satisfaction of EIC. The item is inclusive of all the devices including toughened glass of 12mm thickness. Safety devices : Inbuilt obstruction feature with automatic reversing cycle on obstruction, dynmic and static force limitation, emergency control unit ( emergency stop), Safety photocells : 1/2 pair of photocells are provided for safety of the passengers standing in line of motion of moving panel and for through - passage monitoring connection : 230v, 50/60 Hz, UPS supply (i/c supply of UPS unit of 1 KVA) Activators : Radar system 02 nos with 24 GHz, Mandatory as Int'Nat standards, comprising receiver and transmitter-01 pair. Locking : Elector-mechanical locking, bistable UPS of 1KVA is also included with power backup of 30 min.

Civil works like demolition of existing manual glass doors and making the provision for installation of automatic sliding glass doors complete in all respects and as per site requirement and as per direction of EIC. The dismantled doors in good condtion have to be handed over to AAI and should be transported to AAI dismantled store.
