SPL REPAIRS TO VIEW CUTTER IN HQ 72 INF BDE AND ONE SIDE OF VIEW CUTTER ALONG SHIVAJI MARG FROM MAIN GATE TO MH GATE AT MORAR CANTT UNDER GE GWALIOR

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including verticle or horizontal square/rectangular MS tube including deposit in store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description, square/rectangular tube in horizontal/vertical position including deposit in store complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches size n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each size not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick each layer, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded coarse stone aggregate) around the RCC precast column for holding properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section of size 150mmX150mm with continuous vertical grooves of size 60mmX35mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced as per design surfaces finished even and smooth including erecting in position complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Drawing and design to be submitted by contractor and obtain approval from the Accepting officer before comencement of the work.

M & L for pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) panels of cross section of panel of size(300x45mm) reinforced as per design including fixing in position in between column grooves and joining and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of panels with cement mortar 1:3, top panel should be of decorative type complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Drawing and design to be submitted by contractor and obtain approval from the Accepting officer before comencement of the work.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
