Work

Construction of gramular sub base by providing well graded Material Sprddeing in Uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53mm to 22.4mm sizes (Crusher broken) to water bound macadam (WBM III) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.(WBM III)

Cement Concrete Pavement: Construction of un-reinforceced ,dowel jointed at expansion and consruction joint only, plai cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design ,over a prepaired sub base withh 43 grade cement or any other type as per clouse 1501 .2.2. M-30 grade corse and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregates not exeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum. capacity and apropreate weigh batcher using approoved mix design laid in a approoved fixed site form work (steel chanel ) laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing ,speading the concrete with shovels rackes, compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous oparation including provision of contraction and expansion ,construction jointes, applying debonding strips, primer,sealant dowel bars ,near aproches to bridge /culvert and construction joints admixtures as approoved curing of concrete slab for 14 days.using curing compounds(where specified ) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Supply of informatory MS Sign Board i/c all supply all labour material and painting & writing T&P etc all complete work
