Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Non - skid Ceramic colouerd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) 450x350 or 350x250 x6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters of size exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 sqm each and removing to store (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete.

S&F in repair anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilarors, partitions section size 80x40x4mm complete..

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)door shutters, aliuminium section weighing 0..55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2Nos in each door, hinges anodised aluminium snap bedding screws etc complete

S&F in repairAnodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete.

Supply and fixing in repair GI wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of perature 1.00mm and fixed with screws or GI staples all as specified and directed.

Taking down hood covers of gear operated rolling shutters of opening width exc 4.00 m and height exc 5.00 m, keeping shutter for repair, cleaning old grease, dust etc from gear box, vertical rod, bushes, bearings, springs and guide channels, complete lightening of shutter, strips and other parts, greasing/oiling of all moving components incl springs, minor welding works if required and replacement of worn out/unserviceability or rolling shutter for proper functioning.

All as per SI item no 01 here-in-before but width n exc 4.00 m and height n exc 5.00 m.

Repair to collapsible steel gates n exc 9 sqm, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified, erected in position and securing runners position and securing runners with hold fast and brackets, complete greasing and oiling to movable position and replacing old runners if required.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, S&F channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thicknes, size, qualityor description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing new ones complete.

S&F Sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete.

S&F sheet glass 5.0 to 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality fixed with necessary glazing clips and oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete.

S&F in Repairs PVC Water tanks Lids / covers with PVC Locking device for tank capacity in liters Exc 500, n exc 2000 .

S&F in Repairs PVC Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 Liter (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and Dismantling water tanks and removing to store.

All as per above but 1000 ltr Capacity

Supply and Fixing in repair of 25 mm bore Ball brass valve high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete suitable for screwed for existing GI Pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for 12mm thick prelaminated plywood interior grade prelaminated on one side with decorative choice lamination and on other side with white fixed to aluminium/wooden frame work, including necessary clips, washers, beading etc complete.
