Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5m in depth/width for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note : During excavation work, no mechanical excavator is permitted to use but manually only.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in cable trenches and providing cushioning for the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Only punned thickness of 18cm will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay burnt brick of size 230 x 115 x 75mm for protection of cable, laying in trenches complete all as directed.

Supply and installation of horizontal openwell submersible pumps 5 HP, head range 12-30 meter with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40mm size particles including with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/duct with shaddling on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands, end termination, etc. of cross sectional area 10 Sq.mm, 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning CPRI approved LT feeder pillar box of size 1300mm x 800mm x 500mm (leg of the feeder pillar should not be less than 600mm length) out door type, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame, factory made duly fixed on the ground by PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm draded stone aggregate) of size 700mm x 300mm x 600mm on the adjacent pairs of leg & net cementing the same. The feeder pillar box should have enamelled danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, duly painted with two coats of enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer (internally & externally) on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : The feeder pillar box is cubicle shaped, roof canopy type, with special type of heavy duty industrial door hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangements and arrangement of fixing padlock on the front door with one No 7 levers Pad Lock (Type Nav-Tal, 6 levers, 3 Keys, Make- Godrej). The box should have provision/accommodation of the following electrical items :-

(A) INCOMING: (i) Aluminium bus bar 4 strips (covered with PVC insulated sleeves) 200 Amps capacity, 60-70 cm long including connection etc complete – 01 Set (ii) Moulded case circuit breaker 63 Amps 415 Volts, Thermal Magnetic Trip Unit, Ics=100%Icu, 4 pole, 25KA breaking capacity.= 01 Nos. Note- The connection between the MCCB and bus bar should be done by aluminium bar or cable of suitable rating with nut, bolt & washer, etc.

(B) OUT GOING : (i) MCCB FP 40 to 63 Amps,415 Volts, 50 HZ, 10 KA breaking capacity (DIN rail mounted) Type ‘C’ Characteristic = 02 Nos (ii) DP 20 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 50 HZ, 10 KA breaking capacity (DIN rail mounted) Type ‘C’ Characteristic- 01 Nos. (iii) Automatic Star - Delta starter , three phase 415 Volt 50 Hz for Submercible pump of capacity 6.5 HP, Relay range - 9-14 Amps incl Birelay with Single Phase Preventor -02 Nos (iv) Indicator lamp R-Y-B - 01 Set. Note-: All cables in the feeder pillar box should be properly glanded and thimbled.

M&L for laying of 80mm dia DI welded flanged pipe class K-9 (PN-10) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron Sluice valve of size 80mm bore, heavy duty, PN-1.6 with flanged ends, conforming to IS including jointing and jointing materials, nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cast iron Non Return valve of size 80mm bore, heavy duty with flanged ends, conforming to IS including jointing and jointing materials, nuts, bolts and washers and taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Ductile Iron of size 80mm bore flanged pipe fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 x 6 Sq.mm PVC insulated single core unsheathed stranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC casing capping including continuous running earth wire by 4 Sq.mm PVC unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor connected to common earth dolly including plastic terminal boxes completed all as specified and as directed.

S&F for single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plut socket complete with one double pole MCB of 25 Amp 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32 Amp, 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' Curve, 230 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating wth refrgerrant R-32' and EER 3.2 of capacity of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The lenght of copper tube pipe for inner and outdoor unit as per site requirement should be provided by the contractor. Rate of copper tube inner and outdoor pipe should be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Rate of clamps for fixing of outdoor unit should be included in the above quoted rate.

S&F voltage stabilizer of capacity 5 KVA for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type suitable for voltage range 170 V to 260 V with digital display, output voltage 220 Volts + 9%, claibration accuracy + 3% complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement consumed or as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including one coat of primer with alkali resistant complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on other than fair faces of brick surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/ concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment as given below :- (a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sq.m over concrete/plastered roof surface (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.2kg/Sqm (c) Laying of 3mm thick membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sq.m with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames. Membrane sheet laid over a tack of industrial bitumen 85/25 as specified here-in before.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in AFCEL tower upto 14.0m height including necessary scaffoldings and any means complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work in posts and struts in swan neck angle including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. ans similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes), each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing angle iron posts, etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work of rolled mild steel section conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde -E-250) quality-A, as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening & fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil
