Demolishing R.C.C work manually by mechanical means, including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per directions of Engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Conveying the sweepage, debris, broken concrete, ship/ workshop rubbish wastage etc from the work site and transportation of the same by truck with in a lead of 10 Km and disposal of the same outside the dumping area, including all labour charges, hire charges of truck with POL and operator, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead, including all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. (G.S. Sheet)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, pipe and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc., including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres from the work site, cost of all labour charges, cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Removing / scrapping dry or oil bound enamel paint, corrosion etc. by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, including cost of sand paper, cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Earthwork excavation in foundation trenches and column and plinth etc. in all kinds of soil with a lead up to 100 Mtrs. and lift upto 1.5 Mtrs including stacking the excavated earth not more than 3.0 Mtrs from the edge of excavation and then returning the soil in 15cm layers when required in plinths and sides of the foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layers by watering, ramming and the disposing off all surplus excavated soil in a lead of 30 Mtrs., as directed by Engineer-in- Charge, including all labour charges, cost of transportation charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, including cost of cement (43 grade OPC), stone aggregates and pulverised stone sand from Sri Vijaya Puram quarry, screening and washing of both the aggregates, cost of nominal centering and shuttering, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator, curing, including running charges of mixer machine & vibrator, cost of all materials, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, GST, labour welfare cess etc complete. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade for cast-in-situ concrete, including cost of cement (43 grade OPC), stone aggregates from mainland and mainland river sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, cost of nominal centering and shuttering, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator, curing, including running charges of mixer machine & vibrator, cost of all materials, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, GST, labour welfare cess etc complete. 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 Mainland River Sand & 4 Mainland graded Stone aggregate 20mm)

Providing form work including centering and shuttering so as to give a rough finish, strutting and propping etc. and removal of the same from reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as directed by the EIC, including cost of marine plywood 12mm thick, centering and shuttering, all labour charges, cost of binding materials, cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of timber battens and ballies, cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar in 12mm thick with 1:4 (one cement and four mainland river sand) cement mortar using Mainland river sand and 43 grade Ordinary Portland Cement as per the direction of EIC, including cost of cement, mainland river sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials in work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools and plants, GST, Cess etc., complete.
