Dismantling of damaged RCC cover slab and cleaning away the debries from the site including the cost of T&P, lead, lift labour, etc., complete.

Supplying, cutting, bending and placing in position of RTS / TMT bars, binding with binding wire, bending rod, including cost of all materials, labour lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, steel centering, lead, lift, labour and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., complete.

Paving the floor with plain / design Vitrified tiles (colour and shade as directed ) of size 600 mm x 600 mm x8 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in -situ and pointed with same coloured cement.

Providing wash hand basin of size 550mmx400mm with all accessories such as cast iron brakets, 32 mm dia CP waste coupling, rubber plug and chain , 32mm dia’B’ class G.I waste pipe, 15mm dia G.I when valve, 15mm dia nylon connection, 15mm dia bras nipples, 15mm CP pillar tap, etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats with exterior plastic emulsion and one coat of primer with white cement over the exterior wall surface including through scrapping, cost of all materials, suffolding labour, lead, lift, cutting, water charges etc., complete.
