Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cleaning, repairing etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick light shade on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished rough to receive tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of roof top in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using WPC liquid as per manufacturer instruction @ 200ml /50 kg of cement after sweeping/brushing clean & washing down with water incl taking down existing plaster complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on roof top & joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 incl dismantling of existing treatment and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.
