Descaling of condenser of AC plant of capacity up to 15 TR after by passing the cooling tower, pipes, pumps and circulating the acid with pump, drilling, brushing the tubes and replacing the gasket, neutralizing the surface of the tubes and assembling back including removing the air lock in the system complete all as directed. Note: Each condenser shall be measured as one unit.

Note :- Gas charging shall be measured under relevant item of this schedule.

S&F in repairs panel circuit board (PCB) including display unit suitable for Air cooled chiller AC plant of capacity upto 33 TR including making necessary connection, testing, complete all as directed. Make- Blue Star /Voltas/Daikin/LG

M&L for Plant inspection and fault rectification carried out by Manufacturer Engineer for releasing locking and other major problem & faults (faults either software problem or hard ware) including providing new software if software not working properly with all necessary tools and machines. Note :- Cost of transportation & loading charges and cost of hiring of machines and equipments are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Dismantling the Motor of condenser / Blower/ Pump / Chiller/ AHU / Cooling Tower Motor of 5 HP capacity from installed position and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire of same gauge and turns as per existing including varnishing, new bearings/ bushes , applying two coats of painting to match with the existing after cleaning the body and old rusted paint, fixing back, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : Cost of Transportation charges is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
