Preparation & submission of soil investigation report in sixupulate by conducting soil investigation after making bore holes 150 mm dia in any type of soil up to max 15 m depth or upto the depth of refusal, collecting, disturbed and undisturbed samples, conducting standard penetration test (SPT) at 1 mtr, 1.5 mtr, 2 mtr interval thereafter or on change of strata and laboratory test like Triaxial shear test, unconfined compression test, Grain distribution curves & pattern in bore holes, Type of soil, C value, Bulk density, Natural moisture content, Dry density, Water table, Specific gravity, Atterberg limit, Hydrometer analysis, Liquid & Plastic limit, Swelling Index, Evaluation of liquifaction potential IS-1893 Part I -2016. Note : (i) Each bore hole will be measured upto depth of refusal or 15.00 m whichever is earlier. (ii) Rate includes mobilsation of T&P as per requirement and direction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Compilation of Field and Laboratory test results, Preparation of reports, Recommendation for depth of embedment, water table, submission of all report booklets 06 (Six) copies with CD 01 (One) copy including photographs & videography duly indicating the following :- (i) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity of the soil with respect to shear failure test and permissible settlement (Total and Differential) alongwith recommendation about type of foundation and minimum depth of foundation to be adopted for subject work. (ii) Specific suggestions if any for Soil Treatment if required below foundation /ground floor / roads and type of treatment to be carried out. (iii) Bore log diagram duly showing the different layers of strata met alongwith their depths.

Vetting of geotechnical investigation report from any NIT(National Institute of Technology)/IITs(Indian Institute of Technology) and submitted in Six numbers/sets and soft copy before construction of wall to GE 868 EWS for approval of accepting officer.

Designing of of following works from reputed consultant / agency should be vetted from any NIT(National Institute of Technology)/IITs(Indian Institute of Technology) and submitted in six numbers/sets in hard as well as soft copy before construction of retaining wall to Accepting Officer for approval-. (i) Design of Retaining wall including all relevant arch and structural drawings in proper scale showing each and every details /measurements/ dimensions etc Note :- Similar nature of TD drawings are uploaded for reference only.

M & L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring, sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, exc 50mm & n.exc 100mm deep macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen.

M&L for premix Bituminous Macadam 50 mm consolidated thickness using binder content @ 4.50 % (Paving bitumen VG 30) laid/rolled compacted to req gradient & camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Mixed in hot mix plant of capacity not less than 30 ton per hour.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder(Paving bitumen VG 30) content by weight of total mix and grading of aggregate & design criteria as specified in SSR Part-I clause No 20.B.2.5.4(e) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for applying 2mm thick road marking (thermoplastic) Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 on roads surface as per IRC specification with thermo plastic paint of approved quality laid at hot with special applicator machine complete all as specified.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters,etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F ABS road stud/Cat Eye of size 108mm x 100mm x 20mm with reflective panel of colour Amber or red made of micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body with flex resistance base & abrasion resistive coating including fixing of road surface with special adhesive and suitable rivet head nail completed as per manufactures instructions and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S & F solar stud 125 x 125 x 25 mm aluminium alloy construction and Solar powered by monocrystal solar panel. Type of Battery : One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery. View Distance: Approximate 1000 mtrs. LEDs- 010mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours. Back Up- 12 hours of continuous lighting at night. Red Colour super quality duly fixed with Epoxy

S&F Cautionary boards/Information Boards / Destination boards, providing and errecting of sign boards of size 1500mm x900mm rectangular with additional plate made out of reflective sheet of metro plastic grade conforming to IRC 67 2010/ASTM D4956 type XI standards, fixed over 3mm thick aluminium composite panels supported with back supports frame 25mm dia stainless steel pipes and supported on a 3.1 Mtr long stainless steel pipes of 50mm dia. The details of each boards shall as per the instructions of Engr-in-Charge. The fixing at site shall be in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) with dimension of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm . The boards shall come with pre and post warranty of 10 years on the reflective parameters in accoradance with IRC from the original sheet Manufacture alongwith the material safety data sheet. Note :-PCC for foundation and earthwork is included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix pipe delineator of 85 mm dia and 900mm in height, made of 16 gauge MS pipe powder coated having three deflective bands of different colours, as required as white/red/green/yellow etc. protected by MS Jalli, as approved by GE, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (size of block 30cmx30cmx30cm) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- PCC for foundation and earthwork is included in quoted rate.

M&L for precast kerb stone with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in cement mortar(1:6) complete with joints to match all as specified

M&L for earth work in excavation in any type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 250 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surface in cutting incl watering with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for soiling (or sub grade) 200mm thick spread thickness in two layers of 100mm each with broken boulders or quarried stone 63mm graded aggregate, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power to req gradient and camber as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick (consolidated thickness) WMM in two layers of 75mm each with granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to req gradient & camber.

M&L for Pavement Quality Cement Concrete (PQC) work in pavement/ Hard standing of flexural strength 4.0 MPa in field using minimum 360 Kg(for OPC)/ or 425 Kg (for PPC) of cement per cubic metre or as per deisgn mix, (thickness of concrete 250 mm) mixed with triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in IRC: 15( latest revision) and mix at batching mixing plant, spread with fixed form paver, compaction to gradient and camber required and all as specified in para 20.B.7 & its sub paras of MES Schedule Part I and all as specified in IRC:15-2011 & MORTH (5th Revision) including necessary form work, finishing all as specified and as directed. Notes: - 1. No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of cement as per design mixed is more than specified quantity. 2. The Contractor is advised to assess the realistic quantity of cement for the Design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the Tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of Tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the Work after conclusion of Contract and shall have to be done as specified above. 3. Construction joints/ dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 4. Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. 5. Non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. 6. Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC. 7. Form work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F for mild steel bars 25mm dia, 450mm long about 300mm C/C with end caps filled with gypsum fibers including necessary templates at construction joints of concrete road pavements at 30 mtr interval complete all as specifed and directed

S&F for mild steel bars 12mm dia, 600mm long about 450mm C/C at longitudinal joints of concrete road pavement for bounding of concrete roads lense/dense complete all as specifed and directed

Supply only polyester triangular synthetic fibres 6/12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron desgined for melting point 240 -260 degree celsius having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.4 complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing the concrete pavement surfaces by mechanical brooming/ belting complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for forming 20 mm wide and 250mm depth expansion joint, filled with compressible synthetic filler board, on top of filler board for complete width of joint, provision of closed cell polyethylene rod 25 mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant complying with BS-5212 (For type 'FB' fire & fuel resistance) & BS-4254, and EN - 141875 -2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) priming the sides, with minimum MAF ±30 % with 10 year performance guarantee applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and all as specified in IRC-15 and as directed. Note: Primer to be used before filling sealant, edges to be beveled. Joints to be cut with in 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete. Note:- Laying of sealents shall be done by using mechanical device or as directed by GE at site.

M & L for forming 10mm thick and 65mm deep (dummy) joints. The said joints will be completely filled with polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for hydorlysis/water resistance test will be carried out. Bottom and vertical edges shall be primed with Two (02) coats of polyrethen sealent. The sealent should have minimum movement accommodation factor of (+ 30%) and care shall be taken that polyurethene sealent do not get spill out of the joint complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- Laying of sealents shall be done by using mechanical device or as directed by GE at site.

M & L for forming construction joints 10mm thick and 30mm deep (dummy) joints. The said joints will be completely filled with polyurethane sealent compound conforming to BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for hydorlysis/water resistance test will be carried out. Bottom and vertical edges shall be primed with Two (02) coats of polyrethen sealent. The sealent should have minimum movement accommodation factor of (+ 30%) and care shall be taken that polyurethene sealent do not get spill out of the joint complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- Laying of sealents shall be done by using mechanical device or as directed by GE at site.
