Electro-Mechanical Works at WTP PART-A Pumping station at WTP Supply,delivery at site,storage,installation,testing and commissioning of Horizontal split casing centifugal pumps with all related acessories for clear water application at CWPS at WTP as per NIT with common base frame with coupling, coupling guard, foudation bolt etc. for both pump and motor and having the followin duty conditions. Detailed MOC certificate, Characteristic curves and all relevant test certificates are to be supplied at the time of delivery . The Head range for safe continuous operation of pump should be at least +10% to -25% of duty point. and the design life should be min 15 years. Suitable size Gleeserine type presure gauges at suction and delivery to be fitted Discharge:784Cu.m/Hr, Head 50m (4W+2S)

Design,supply,delivery at site, storage,installation,testing and commissioning of horizontal foot mounted 415 V(+-10%) 4 pole squirrel cage induction motor of IE-4 suitable for the above clear water centrifugal pump sets at CWPS of capacity having min 25% margin over the BKW of the pump at duty point (Approx. 180 KW) and RPM 1500 (Syn.)

Suply, delivery storage, installation and commisioning at site 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosed compartmentalised free standing floor mounted PDB cum MCC panel with IP54 degree of protection comprising 1 nos 4 pole extended drawout type 2000A incomer ACB sleeved aluminium busbars of 2000 A capacity with 6nos.non drawout 500A outgoing ACB and 6 nos soft starters of 180 KW capacity for 6 nos clear water pumping machinery alongwith 6nos. actuator feeders etc SCADA compatible epoxy based painting with powder coating method as detailed in the NIT specification. with all necessary protections as per PHE standard.The LT panel construction performance, testing and verification shall conform to (a) IS/IEC 61439-1: 2011 (Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control gear Assemblies - Part 1General Rules), b) IS/IEC 61439-2: 2011 (Low-voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies – Part 2: Power switchgear and control gear assemblies.

Design,supply,delivery at site & storage,installation,testing,commissioning of 2 nos. suitable rating APFC Panel to achieve constant P.F. of 0.99 and should have provision to prevent leading power factor with all accessories complete as per technical specification for the CWPS

Design,supply,delivery at site & storage,installation,testing,commissioning of 2mm thick CRCA enclosed IP-54 LPBS for motorized valves on delivery pipe line.

Design,supply,delivery at site & storage,installation,testing,commissioning of 2mm thick CRCA enclosed IP-55 LPBS fitted with ammeter for pump at CWPS.

Design,supply,delivery at site & Storage,installation,testing, commissioning of following XLPE insulated armoured 1.1KV grade AL. conductor cable through permanent cable trench on GI Rack / Tray, earthing and lightning protection as per IE Rules to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification. Supply, delivery at site & storage, installation, testing, commissioning, of 1.5T,inverter type 5 star 230V Split type A/C with Refrigererant R-32 or better and fully copper condenser coil with atleast 1 Years on Product, 5 Years on PCB, 10 Years on Compressor Cooling Capacity @ 43°C: 100%; Noise Level: 38 db(A); Ambient Operation: 54°C all complete as per technical requirements.

Suply, delivery at site and storage, installation, testing, commissioning of Electromagnetic flow meter with separate transmitter, 20M interconnecting cable for measuring flow of clear water. Flow sensing element shall have IP68 degree of protection. Flow meter shall be operated at 220V and shall have flow rate and flow totalisation and should be SCADA compatible. DN900mm PN1.0 rating.

Design,Supply, delivery and storage at site complete set of exhaust fan with motor & louver shutter, indoor and peripherial internal illumination of the pump house including accessories with LDB, switch boxes, conduits & wires in compliance with NIT specification.

Providing earthing and lightning protection for installation as per IE rules and as per technical specification of NIT.

Supply, delivery and storage at site safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box as per satisfaction of EIC as detailed in NIT Specification.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.

Trial run and Guarding of the WTP at Nandakumar with necessary manpower and materials for 90 days from the date of sucessful commissioning.

Operation, Maintenance & Guarding Substation, Yard lighting etc. which is include all items of this work by providing adequate manpower, skilled / unskilled in compliance to CPWD / CPHRRD guidelines as per NIT Specification.
