Cleaning of OH tank of capacity 20000 Gln first with plain water and then with the bleaching powder minimum 50 Kg after cleaning making white wash of the inner surface with the lime complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) The job shall be completed within 8 hrs to avoid any interruption in distribution of water supply (ii) The date of cleaning and due date should be written legible on the surface of the tank/sump as per existing old colour and font size.
Cleaning of OH tank of capacity 50000 Gln first with plain water and then with the bleaching powder minimum 50 Kg after cleaning making white wash of the inner surface with the lime complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) The job shall be completed within 8 hrs to avoid any interruption in distribution of water supply (ii) The date of cleaning and due date should be written legible on the surface of the tank/sump as per existing old colour and font size.
Cleaning of PVC tank of capacity 5000 Ltr, dewatering the tank, desilting and removing of left over water from bottom, cleaning tank surfaces by using bleaching powder approx 5 Kg and remove all foreign materials and clean with plain water all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) The job shall be completed within 8 hrs to avoid any interruption in distribution of water supply (ii) The date of cleaning and due date should be written legible on the surface of the tank/sump as per existing old colour and font size.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness
M & L for cement concrete in road surfacing, filling and mass concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thickness for repairs to road cutting for laying of pipe lines/complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L for Cement concrete in surface channels and drains Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) thickness 100mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for attending to break down of 150 to 350mm dia DI pipe line bursting/cracks including necessary excavation, dewatering the water accumulated at site, removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting/manual cutting as per site requirement including removing out the damaged DI pipe and inserting necessary DI specials such as collar, nipple etc as required at site and providing of new joints as required at site, clamping arrangements, including testing for the leakages pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-fitting & joint will be measured separately.
M&L for taking out of Elect Motor 40 HP Capacity installed as motor from foundation after disconnecting electrical connections, dismantling motor and rewiding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including varnishing, baking, cotton tape and greasing of bearings, bushes and other connected parts, reassembling and fixing the same in its original position including replacement of unserviceable nut-bolts, washer, lugs, terminal plate and making proper electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - (i) Bearing if required for replacement shall be paid seprately (ii) Transportation of motor is included in the unit rate of items nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
