Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M& L PVC moulded cement concrete Chequered cement concrete colour tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick with mixture of grey cement & pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type C- 2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed.

M&L Broken bricks Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Dismantling old Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, luding Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.

Dismantling old asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof coverings complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates. Fe 410 W ( Gde 250 quality A) all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches (soft/loose soil) n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out all as specified.

M & L Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in sub base all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

All as per item no 15 before but except bricks

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains etc surface channel all as specified and disposing of debries etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement Plaster of any thickness from brick or stone walls and concrete etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish outside Defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ready mix for 15 mmthick on brick or concreet surfaces including necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.4 to 1.70 kg water ratio 17 to 19 % by weight & compresive strength as per IS 4031 part -06 applied as per manufacturr instruction complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of work and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M & L for removing excavated material exc. 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks for hold fast, coping, benching etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles or throating including form work to concrete surfaces, complete all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts (wood , steel or RCC) of any section any description and in any position including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type fixed in any situation complete all as directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts,including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in Fencing Posts, Swan necks, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of fencing wire or other covering. etc. also fastening and fixing complete incl cleats, brackets, complete of Fe 410-W (Gde e-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm made of GI wire dia not less than 3 mm and fix with column with nut or botls and strentheing with 10 mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) Payment of Round bar shall be made in sperate items in this schedule. (ii) The Engr-in-Charge alongwith rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and purchase voucher. (iii) The quoted rate sall be inclusive of nut bolt required.

S&F Mild Steel round bars in fencing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed

Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removal of debries such as stones, waste materials etc from surrounding area of building incl Cuting shrubs wild growth trees not exc 30 cm girth and removing complete vegetation growth from walls including taking out roots from roof/brick work and making good the disturbed surface with plaster and PCC 1:2:4 type B0 and disposing the rubbish from site (MOD land) for a block of eleven flats of six storey height, complete all as specified.
