For wooden Items: Clean External surface of body and apply one coat of wood primer and paint with two coat of synthetic enamel paint

Fabrication, fitting & fixing of foldable type stands for window air conditioners:-Supply, Fabrication, Fitting and fixing with hinges, nuts & bolts etc. of foldable tray type stands with supporting 2 no’’s leg (Length: 60CM) in the bunk houses for window type Air conditioners at site as per size (Length: 80CM and Breath: 60CM) by M.S.Angle (Size: 50 x 50 x 5mm thickness) by welding 4no’’s Hinges in each tray to foldable tray type stands as required.

Fabrication of two no's horse (rack) triangular type for placing each bunk house. Size of the rack should be height- 15 inches, base- 24 inches, length - 8/10 feet. The rack should be fabricated with old unserviceable tubing pipes of size 2 7/8 inches diameter (pipes will provided by ONGC). Cutting of old drill pipe & Locking plates as per required size for making new Horse to placing bunk Houses base support by gas cutter including supply gas with apparatus by contractor as required. Old damaged drill pipe materials are to be provided by ONGC.Fitting and fixing of drill pipes as per required size by welding for placing bunk Houses of existing bunk Houses base support as required. All required materials and machine are supplied by contactor.
