OHT (capacity 0.30 lacs Glns): Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC OHT with architectural features of 0.30 lakhs gallons capacity with single compartment and 17.00 meters staging height supported on rectangular/ square columns only on "Turn Key Basis" at Harsath Madoon under WSS Chann Matloni including providing and fixing of D.I pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet Scour and overflow delivering upto disposal point & providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor, water level indicator, R.C.C. stairs from ground level to top landing along outside columns, RCC Ladder from Top Landing to Gallery, RCC Steps along the tank from Gallery to Top Dome, side steel railing upto dome of OHT with stairs within the reservoir upto the bed from the manhole of the tank, gallery to top of dome and inside the tank with side steel railing, ventilating cowls valve pit with proper flooring cover, manhole covers with frame and M.S. railing for stairs and at root flooring, vertical D.I. pipelines and standard D.I. pipe fitting etc. all complete. The top water container should be preferably cylindrical in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearing etc. shall be designed and constructed so as to have a provision for the construction of a single storey building between the G.L. bracing and first bracing with RCC roof slab and bricks walls for store accommodation. The Position of the bracing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.50 M and the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 M above general ground level to provide for plinth. Bearing capacity of soil shall be conducted by the contractor and approved from Chief Engineer Design, Inspection & Quality Control (DIQC) Department Jammu at his own cost and nothing extra shall be paid to him for the same ( Using M-30 design mix concrete)

HC pumps of parameters 5000 GPH x 150 mtr head (of any make as per Bureau of Indian Standard ) preferbly low speed prime movers with automatic control panel and with provision of standby manual starter , the delivery and suction should be of MS pipe of standard make 02 Nos. submersible pump sets ( 01 No. working + 01 No. standby) of parameters 5000 GPH x 150 mtr head with fully automatic control panel with provision of standby manual starter ,the column pipes of suitable dia will be MS pipes of standard make with proper flanging at 10 feet , 01 No. voltage stablizer 150 KVA (ISI Marked make) and creation/erection 100 KVA (Level 2) eletcric sub-staion from existing HT source to proposed site , the electric cables/ items should be of any make as per Bureau of Indian Standard, erection / fabrication of electric operated chain pully of 5.00 ton capacity complete with allied works at proposed site
