Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically described complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

100 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor/path/hardstanding, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, jointed with grey cement and pigments, as in path etc laid over & including 25mm thick sand filling under pavers and paking the joints of paver block with sand, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/path including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement Concrete 1:2:4 type-B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, plinth band, bed blocks or similar works benching and like slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.), suitable handle (1 No.), with & including 5.5mm thick, ,complete all as specified and directed.

Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified.

All as per item No 9 but without glazing bars all as specified and directed.
