Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of viscosity VG 30 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over black top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete using hot mix plant 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of viscosity VG 30, levelled,rolled wtih 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed. Note:The binder content is indicated tentatively and shall be as per acutal mix design.The rate of bitumen for adjustment purpose shall be as per the rate in purchase voucher.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous, macadam with 4.0% binder content by weight of total mix using Paving Bitumen ,any penetration of viscocity VG 30 , laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) for depressions and undulations on road complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road marking strips, lines ,dashes arrows, letters etc of 2.5mm thick(reflective type) on new surfaces of road/pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm width or girtj with hot thermo plastic road marking paint with glass beads of white or golden yellow by applying with fully automatic paint applicator machine ,fitted with profile shoe,dispenser,propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater etc driven by the skilled opearator on road surface complete all as per MORTH specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S upply and fix ABS Material body road stud of dynamically designed,with pin and highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material fitted on the road ,reflectors welded with a ABS Base plate through ultra sonic welding process of big size durable stud completeall as specified and directed. Supply and fix Circular Flat Rotator of 1.50 meter width made up of Galvanised steel sheet circular base and Galvanised steel pipe of 40mm dia of B and C class of required configuration with PU coating over entire exposed steel surfaces including necessary fixing arrangements on ground with MS bolts and nuts andconcrete foundation as per manufacturers instructions ,levelling of ground all as shown on Drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix FRP Seated swing having 02 seater of 2.25 metre height ,1.50 metre width and 3.00 metre length of Galavanised steel pipe of 50 mm dia ,2.50 mm thick and stainless steel chain of 7 mm thick of SS Grade 304 with hanging arrangements from MS pipe duly exposed surfaces of steel surfaces painted with PU coating including necessary fixing arrangements on ground with MS bolts and nuts andconcrete foundation as per manufacturers instructions ,levelling of ground complete all as shown Drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix FRP Slide Senior with MS pipe bonded having 1.95 metre height , 0.60 metre width and 3.30 metre length with Ladder of Galvanised B class pipe 50 mm dia duly exposed surfaces of steel surfaces painted with PU coating including necessary fixing arrangements on ground with MS bolts and nuts andconcrete foundation as per manufacturers instructions ,levelling of ground complete all as shown on Drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Spring Rider - Duck (Teeter Totter) of size 0.90 metre width with FRP duck and Galvanised B class pipe of 50 mm dia and MS spring and duly exposed surfaces of steel surfaces painted with PU coating including necessary fixing arrangements on ground with MS bolts and nuts andconcrete foundation as per manufacturers instructions ,levelling of ground complete all as shown on Drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rope Climber Tent (Play Ground Climbers) with Galvanised B class pipe of 50 mm dia ,Rope and MS clamp and duly exposed surfaces of steel surfaces painted with PU coating including necessary fixing arrangements on ground with MS bolts and nuts andconcrete foundation as per manufacturers instructions ,levelling of ground complete all as shown on Drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer , 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as backing coat for skirting/dado complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for virtified ceramic coloured tiles ,Premium quality ,10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm in floors/wall etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the existing surface icomplete all as specified and as directed.
