Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of package type LDO Fired designed low pressure steam generator 850 kg per hr capacity, Steam temperature 180 degree C with a maximum working pressure rating of 15 kg/Cm2 including one No. pressure part assembly consisting of closely wound helical vertical coil fabricated out of seamless pipes with spacers of special design, one in No. down firing pressure jet burner assembly, one No. double jacket air casing to enclose the pressure parts and serve as an integral combustion air Preheater along with specially designed aluminium radiator to minimise radiation losses and maximize efficiency, one in No. specially designed shell and tube type atmospheric economizer at the flue gas outlet of boiler to preserve heat and optimize the efficiency of Boiler. The steam generator should have comprised with the following standard fittings /Technical specifications:- (a) Capacity of the Steam Generator - 850 Kg/Hr (b) Maximum Working Pressure - 15 Kg/Cm2 (c) Fuel used - LDO (d) Electric Supply - AC, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, 4 wire System (e) Four-Pass design with economizer (f) Reverse flue design (g) High Combustion efficiency (h) Easy access for inspection and cleaning (j) Fully automatic unit (k) Low system lag and rapid warm up response (l) Insulated body to minimise radiation losses (m) Instant steaming

Steam Generator to be tested at factory and FAT shall be validated by GE complete and undertake the testing of individual of system as prescribed in tender along with composite testing of overall system and issue the testing and quality confirmation certificate for the safe and quality installation and submission of FAT certificate to be made to department for acceptance along with steam generator and site testing will be undertaken with following tests:- (a) Ensure all components of the system are clean and free from foreign matter. (b) Mechanical check shall be carried out on the system to ensure all the components are correctly installed and ready for use. (c) General connection, inspection on supply piping, ignition system, safety shutdown device function test etc. (d) Fuel supply line condition check (e) Pump control function test (f) Control test for safety devices (g) Water chemical test, water level control test, feed system control test, loop test (on open circuit) for each of the circuit to be carried out at site.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water softening plant (FRP) for make-up water for Steam generators comprising of multiport valve with brine ejector and plastic piping complete with brine tank with fittings and brine filtering media and complete charge of cation exchange resin as per specification for the capacity as given below:- Water Flow : 3000 LPH Incoming Hardness: 300 mg/Ltr (Approx). Working Pressure : 4 Kg/Sqm Outgoing Hardness: Comm. Zero Water Softening Plant as described above NOTE: Quoted rate shall also include supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Online Monitoring System with local display. Online monitoring of supply output of softening plant will help to evaluate and monitor all the critical parameters for water softening plant. Approval of Softening plant and monitoring system shall be through TAC appointed by AO.
