Special repair and renovation of prefabricated huts at Bhaderwah Campus of University of Jammu

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50mtr and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by the Engineer incharge for all kind of soil.

Dismantling of Cement concrete flooring 50 mm to 75 mm thick 1:2:4 mix including stacking of serviceable material within 50m lead and disposal of unserviceable material within the campus as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of Old Plaster or skirting ,racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster, including Disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within the Campus as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of vertical sheet of pre-fab hut and stacking at site.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes 8-10 mm thickness with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make (SOMANY/KAJARIA/NITCO) in all colors and shades laid on 20mm thick in cement motors 1:4(1 cement :4 coarse sand ) including grouting of joints with white cement and matching pigment and cement concrete flooring 40mm thick 1:2:4 etc complete job. Size 600x600mm.

15mm plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand)

15mm plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement :4 sand)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slopes upto 15 degree, landings, balconies ,shelves, chajjas , lintel beams ,plain window sills ,staircase and spiral staircase upto five-level including curing, centering shuttering, finishing with 1:1/2:3 mix .(1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). All work upto floor V level.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting ,bending and placing in position and binding complete TMT bars including cost of binding wire.

Half Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth and in superstructure in cement motar 1:4 (1cement:4 sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing Centering, Shuttering etc . All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing & laying mat finished double charged Vitrified tiles of specified size having water absorption less than 0.5% and Conforming is 15622 of approval make in all colours and shades in out door floors such as foothpath, courtyard, multi models etc laid on 20 mm thick base of cement motar 1:4 in all shapes and patterns including grouting the joint with white cement mixed with matching pigment etc complete per the direct of engineer in charged of size 300x300x9.8mm.

Structural steel work is welded built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger). Grill work

Proving and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforms to IS 2202 non-decorative type core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical greese or cross bands and face veneers on both side of shutter with 1SI marked M.s pressed but hings of bright finished of required size with necessary screw 30mm.including tower bolts (04 Nos) of size 200x10mm and M.S sliding door bolt.(02Nos) of size 250x10mm,M.S handles 150mm(04Nos) with necessary screws, nails, etc. including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger)

Providing and applying with based cement putty of specified thickness of approval brand & manufacture, over the plaster surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 1mm thick.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give on even shade (one or more coats) on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade two or more coat on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade two or more coat on Old work.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give on even shade (two or more coats) including priming coat with cement primer on New work.

Finsishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade (one or more coat applied @2.2kg /10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @0.80lts / 10sqm complete including cost of priming coat on Old work.

Finsishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade (two or more coat applied @2.2kg /10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @0.80lts / 10sqm complete including cost of priming coat on New work.

Providing and Fixing Glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel door, window, clerestory window all complete with 4mm thich glass panes.

Engagement of Labour for removing of wild vegetation, grass etc. Mazdoor
