Note for item No 1 to 13 :- 1. After cleaning, the date of cleaning is required to be written, with size of letters / numbers as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, in white colour paint with a black paint background. 2. Tanks mentioned under Item No. 01 to 04 & 09 shall be cleaned twice during the contract period, once after commencement of work and once before completion of work. Other tanks shall be cleaned once during the contract period unless otherwise directed by Engineer-in-Charge. date of cleaning of tank shall also be recorded in MB against respective item. 3. Contractor shall submit purchase voucher for "Bleaching Powder" which shall be recorded in MB as "Not To Be Abstracted".
