Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 250 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate contains making of foundation with RCC Structure and making of 04 Nos of JEF ECO chemical earthing near DG Set and connect the dg set with proper nut and bolts with washer and connect to all panel.

Supply and fix AMF Panel , control panel with automatic function at main failure with ACB 1000 Amps for DG Set and ACB 1000 Amps for mains to control the AMF Panel with all accessories and contractor with voltmeter and Ammeter for all phase complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The 02 Nos of earthing are included in quoted rate

Disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable cable & supply and lay in repair cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables( heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16Sqmm 4 core complete in trenches/along wall/floor/cable tray/cable duct etc all as specified and direted .

S&F repair MCCB,415V, 4 pole of cap 63 A,25kA,ICS=100%ICU with fixed thermal magnetic setting including spreader terminal/thimble of suitable size and making connections complete all as specified.

S&F of MCCB sheet metal enclosure suitable for holding MCCB upto 100A capacity four pole type including fixing accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite machine cut as in steps,window cills,cooking plateform, working table etc and joined with grey cemnet slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding,polishing and 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Colour of Granite shall be approved by GE)

Taking down cement plaster on brick/surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surafces in CM 1:4 and finished even and amooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for new treatment of walls and applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal exterior grade paint) over one coat of primer on wall/roof including preparation of newly plastered surface and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of bldg materials (Debris) exc 5KM but not exceeding 15.00 KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
