REPAIR/ CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MAN HOLES, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELLS, AREA DRAINAGE, PATH CULVERT IN MD/OTM ACCN AT MIL STN KALKA UNDER GE JUTOGH

Cleaning the septic tank/sludge chamber of any depth/area/condition incl taking out stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc deposited in the septic tanks, filling in closed container and depositing in excavated pit, at least 500m beyond nearby living accn or area as marked by station controlling authority, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime on covered pit and around septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygenic complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of pumping with mechanical sewage pump, excavation of earth pit and fresh lime shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Charges of covered container incl its transportation shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in charge and Contractor.

Cleaning of SGSW/CI pipe lines of 150mm dia laid in trenches or fixed to wall/ floor incl desilting /desludging intermediate manholes of any size and depth, removing sludge outside of MoD land in a covered container, atleast 500 m beyond nearby living accn, depositing the sludge in a excavated pit, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime over the pit and around manholes complete all as specified and directed. Note : Charges of covered container incl its transportation charges, cost of fresh lime and earth pit shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Removing spot blockage of WC/Nahani trap / gully trap incl cleaning of sewage line / manholes up to and incl 1st manholes and disposal of material obtained from cleaning to outside Defence land and disposed complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any size and depth incl getting out solid/ sludge from manholes and removing the foul contents to outside of Defence land incl cleaning with fresh water complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil exc 1.5m and n exc 3m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in CM, internal dia of pipe 150 mm incl providing concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm dia in PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graed crushed stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes class, NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars 200mm bore of pipe incl providing concrete bed to drain pipes 200mm dia in PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graed crushed stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description in manhole cover complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping and benching kerbs in manholes including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4, B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slab set in CM 1:4 incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab for roofs, landing, balconies , canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillars, arches etc but excluding ashlar facing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work, with sub class 'B', bricks kiln well burnt, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m in mean radius, built in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick walls or stone surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and incl liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
