Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Silent Diesel engine driven generating set complete with accoustic enclosure as per CPCB-IV approved and control system for 500 KVA output at site after de rating AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire directly coupled complete with self starting system with and including accessories, equipment control panel etc as detailed below”:-

(a) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine water cooled and electric start suitable to drive mentioned alternator independently, coupled directly through coupling , six cylinder 4 stroke, cold starting kit,1500 RPM industrial type as per BS:5514 or IS-10001/10002 suitable to regulate speed of DG set from no load to full load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacture's recommendations but not less than the 10 Hrs running capacity, fuel line exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer mufflers etc for contuious operation and standard accessories, sump pre heaters etc all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing with GI plate 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connecting to GI plate with 32x6 mm GI earth strip upto 7.5 Mtr long from earth point to test point as per SSRitem No 19459 by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers and provision of charcoal, salt etc including watering arrangement with 20 mm dia GI medium grade pipe, MS funnel, PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 50 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 including 10 mm dia deformed bars @100 mm c/c on both ways for full size of chamber complete all as per electrical plate No .3 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. Notes for srl item No. 03 1.The rates for earthing under items includes the cost of followings: (a) Earth electrode. "(b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre" "(c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified." (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt. e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (k) Test point and extra length of main earthing lead beyond 7.5 metres (l) Connecting lead from test point to main switch or switch board or equipment to be earthed. 2.On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost. and shall be confirm to manufacture recommendation and latest Indian electric Regulation standards"

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Road cutting of suitable width upto 60 cm depth and M&L for provision of GI pipe medium grade of 100 mm bore dia upto 15 metre length are included in quoted rate of item No 4.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Road cutting of suitable width upto 60 cm depth and M&L for provision of GI pipe medium grade of 100 mm bore dia upto 15 metre length are included in quoted rate of item No 5.

Excavation in trenches for hard and dense soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth 1.5m for laying cables/poles, stays ,foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil)to a distance n.exc. 50m and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured/Paid

Supplying and Laying un-reinfirced precast cable cover,class LV,Type I flat, size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.
