RequiredThe contractor belonging to the Scheduled caste shall be the domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile certificate of bidder for applying to works at shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document.

RequiredTo qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e. from 2019-20 to 2023-24 Achieved in at least One financial year a minimum financial turnover of Rs.2.50 lakhs in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of value usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works

RequiredThe intending bidder should have executed at least any construction work satisfactorily to an extent of Rs.0.63 lakhs during the last 5 years from 2019-20to2023-24.TheWorkDone certificate for the same issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent Officer from the respective department, with counter signed by SE. The cost will be updated to present value by giving weight age of 10 percent per annum, if the work is Completed prior to the year 2023-24

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
