Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).

Preparation and submission of detailed working architectural drawings, structural design and detailed structural drawings for RCC members including carrying out soil investigation with all relevant tests as per specifications and as per relevant BIS codes for architectural plan of Boundary wall given by AAI. The contractor shall get approved the Geo-Technical / structural consultant from AAI before proceeding with the consultancy. The consultant must have rendered similar Geo-Technical / structural consultancy works directly to Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSU / Reputed firms. The structural drawings and designs as submitted by the consultant shall be got vetted / approved by any of the IITs, NITs and the fee for the same shall be borne by the contractor/consultant. The contractor/ consultant shall intimate AAI, the details of IITs/ MTs from where structural designs and drawings will be vetted / approved. The consultant & Contractor shall coordinate the time schedule to be taken by IIT/NIT so as to ensure adherence of overall time of submission by the Consultant & Contractor as specified. No additional time period or any cost shall be allowed to the contractor for designing, preparation of drawings, vetting of design and drawings from IIT/NIT etc. Major Engineering decision and specification shall be reviewed by AAI to the extent desired. Approval of any design/system by IIT/NIT or AAI shall however, not relieve the consultant & contractor in discharging their responsibilities regarding the adequacy of design and proper execution of the work. The consultant shall be fully responsible for adequacy, accuracy and quality of the structural design, safety of the structure. The services rendered by the contractor/consultant shall be in accordance with the acceptable standards of safety, environment and public health. After approval of drawings submitted by the contractor, ......................... the firm will submit the details bill of quantities of all items in duplicate with measurement sheet to AAI. However, for any deviation of any item between the fill of quantity prepared by the contractor and given in the tender, the rate quoted by the tenderer and all the terms and condition will remain firm. Contractor will not be entitled for any extra claim for such deviation. In case of any item shown in the approved drawing for which rates are not available in the tender, contractor will execute such item and the rate for such item will be derived and finalized by AAI as per the provision of the contract laid down elsewhere. Note: The item includes the preparation and submission of all desired detailed working architectural drawings, Engineering/Structural drawings of RCC structures, plans and layout drawing as per relevant IS code, Building codes and sound engineering practices for entire length of Boundary wall based on the Geo-Technical Investigation in accordance with the Architectural / conceptual drawings issued by AAI. The contractor has to submit at least Six Sets of' Good for construction' drawings or revisions thereof for each and every type / nature of design based on Geo-Technical Investigation.

Proving and applying / painting warning instruction of 'TRESPASSING AND PHOTOGRAPHING PROHIBITED' letter height 100mm (in bold Arial font) on AAI perimeter boundary walls with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade using cutting stencil aluminium 16 gauge thick material , all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Making AAI logo of height 450 mm with cement plaster by using cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) projecting out by 12 mm thick on newly plastered surface of boundary wall and painted the same with blue colour synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacturer to give an even shade using cutting stencil of acrylic sheet of 12 mm as per drawing and direction of Engg.-in-charge. Note: Other dimensions shall be worked in accordance with drawing.
