EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Item No 01 :M&L brick massonary valve pit with 230 mm thick brick wall chamber of size internally (750x750x750mm ) with Plastering in Cement mortar 1:6 10MM thick internally and externally 150mm below the G.L. with 1:6 Cement mortar 15mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 by using 40mm gradded aggregate foundation of size 1300x1300 mm of 150mm thick and PCC 1:3:6 for coping of 50mm thick and covering the chamber with 40X40X6 mm thick angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet as cover with two Nos of 150 mm length hinges and one No handle made out of MS round bar 10 mm dia with necessary locking arrangement including painting to the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Item No 9 150 mm dia SGSW pipes-exc. in ordinary soil at average depth of 1.5M inclusive of soil at average depth of 1.5M inclusive of manholes and RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame pipes laid on Moorum bedding.

Item No 18 :Supplying of Aluminium and acrylic 3D dual channel letters of 3 mm thickness and 75 mm deptwith computer designing computerized laser cuttingon the acrylic sheet for preparing 3 D channel letter is fabricatedfrom fiber sheet on a flat sheet of polycarbonated by a computer controlled rouler creates the back of the channel letter and basis for the letter shape the back of te channel letter are formed by bending a 3 - inch -wide (50mm) strip of fiber sheet around the 3 D channel letter welded using alloys with a metting point above (185 to 329 degree F ) at the seam with a fiber sheet stiched to fastened with glavanized to create a solid shape. of the 3 D channel letter of at required height as Indian coast guard staion Gopalpur etc complete. for finished item work complete all as directed by GE.

Item No 19 : Providing of ACP board for displaying the 3 D channel letters with MS frame 0f 38mm X 38mm box structure fabricating , wellding, grinding, providing of silver grey colour of 4 mm aluminium compositye pannel sheet of (alloy grade 315 H 14 PVBF coating for anti fungal and anti bacteric propertiessurface protection ) Covering with four side of the board, along with MS "L" angle of 50 mm 50mm for support of MS Box structure Anchore fastener Bolts along with all requried infrastructure and requriement etc. complete. for finished item of work all as specified and directed by GE.

Item No 20 : Installation and assembling of the corporated sign board with MS " L " angles with all requried infrastructure and equipment along with transporations loading unloding and with all incidental and operational charge etc. complete for furinished items of works.

Item No 21 : Suppling and fixing of fabrication and fitment of a continuous signboard (appx Length - 24 feet, height -05 feet or as required with "INDIAN COAST GUARD STATION, GOPALPUR " on a white light /illuminiated back ground are through out and above the main side/wicket gate all as specified and directed.

Item No 22 : S&F Glow sign board for " RESTRICTED ENTRY DEFENCE AREA TREASPASSER WILL BE PROSECUTED" to be installed at the entrance gate of Indian Coast Guard Station, Gopalpur.

Item No 23 :Supply and fix alarm / siren electronic type horizontal two stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db measured with sound output variation of +5 db at 500m range with push botton at two locations. Make : JEEKAY(J3D-50) or equivalent as approved by GE.

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet , 6 Amps on an independent board controlled by one switch

Item No 40 : Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, SPN, 240 volts, 8 way, with 200 Amps Rated bus bar suitable , double door type grouting in wall in CM, with required sizes of flexible conduit for cables/wires, making good of disturbed surfaces and matching with existing and electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 41 : Sub main wiring with 02 runs of single core 4 sqmm and 01 run of 4 sqmm , FRLS, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable, 1100 Volts, ISI Marked, drawing through and including concealed PVC rigid conduit not less than 25mm dia ISI marked medium grade, complete with necessary fittings such as junction boxes couplings, unions bends reducers, inspection elbows, plugs, sealing conduits etc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note: 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable with one run of conduit will be measured as one unit i.e RM). Note (i): Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
