Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures, including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Removal of structural steel members and fabricated units from the site including cutting, welding etc. and disposing them at places shown by the Engineer-in-charge including loading, unloading, transporting etc. complete.
Dismantling zincalume roofing sheet at all levels including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling plain cement concrete by manually / mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Cutting and felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete of trees of girth beyong 30cm upto and including 60cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Cutting and felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete of trees of girth beyong 60cm upto and including 120cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Cutting and felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete of trees of girth beyong 120cm upto and including 240cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Clearing Heavy jungle area including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm, uprooting of rank vegetation etc. complete and disposing the same 100 metres away by manually or burning them without disturbing the other areas etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The useful firewood if any, shall be cut and stacked at the place(with 100 metres lead) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of cutting and disposal if any by burning. Contractor must inform to Engineer-in-Charge and prior permission shall be obtained from Engineer-in-Charge for burning the wild growth.
