Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the demolished material from the site to a distance n. exc 500M and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in cement mortar (1:4) for roof treatment , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Priming the roof surface with bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/ Sqm and applying a coat of semi hot blown 85 / 25 grade blown bitumen @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm and thereafter supply and laying APP modified Polymeric membrane, five layered, of weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm with centre layer core of 100 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and bonded completely to the surface with overlap of 10cm (overlap to be thermo fused by flame) followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85 / 25 grade bitumen @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg / Sqm all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Apply two coats of Aluminium paint on roof surface,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm thick non asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm thick non asbestos cement two pieces adjustable plain wing ridge for corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets wing ridge 6mm thickfixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws , complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Non Asbestos fiber cement board ceiling 4mm thick in 600x600mm panel designed ceiling conforming to IS-14862 type B category three including GI frame work, hold fast, suspenders and aluminium snap grid, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling and breaking up drain pipes AC/PVC including fixing acessories any dia at any location, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends/shoe any radius fixed in repair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 100/110mm bore pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plinth protection 50 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of plinth protection, filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, including watering and ramming to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Volume of hard core after consolidation will be measured and paid.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site to store bore of pipe 15mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site to store bore of pipe 20mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel water tubing 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc )

20 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel water tubing 20 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc )

25 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings( such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing old steel water tubing 25 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc )

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on new/undecorated wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls surfaces by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying two coat of cement base paint (colour/white) over one coat cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Gun metal globe or gate valve 15mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Gun metal globe or gate valve 20mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Gun metal globe or gate valve 25mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks 3 layer white colour (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary connection nipple suitable for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 500 ltrs and including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tanks and remove from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks 3 layer white colour (cylindered vertical closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary connection nipple suitable for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, all as specified in SSR Part –I of capacity of tanks 1000 ltrs and including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tanks and remove from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnection of PVC water storage tank at roof/staging, getting aside for cleaning, lowering and hoisting, if required, cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from PVC tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and washing with adequate qty of bleaching powder solution including removing of all vegetation in surrounding of the tanks and writing date of cleaning with enamel paints in capital letters of 80mm stencil , capacity of tank upto 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnection of PVC water storage tank at roof/staging, getting aside for cleaning, lowering and hoisting, if required, cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from PVC tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and washing with adequate qty of bleaching powder solution including removing of all vegetation in surrounding of the tanks and writing date of cleaning with paints in capital letters of 80mm stencil, capacity of tank exceeding 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

20mm bore ball valve high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 20mm-210gms) fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
