1.CONSTRUCTION OF SEATING GALLERY IN CM MINI STADIUM IN KAKKALUR PANCHAYAT IN THIRUVALLUR BLOCK.

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

C.C 1:4:8 Mix Using 40mm ISS HBG Metal including cost and conveyance and all materials and all labour charges etc,.Completed.

Refilling the foundation with Excaveted Earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated as directed by the deptl. officers. Complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel shuttering to centering including necessary supports for plane surface in Foundation and Basement for RCC Columns, Footings, Plinth beams, bed blocks, staircase steps etc., using suitable mild steel sheets etc., complete.

Plain surfaces Roofslab,floorslab,beams,lintels,loft,sillslab,staircase waist,portico slab and other similar works.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for M25 grade cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/ Ordinary Portland/ Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Column footing - Foundation basement

In Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position M.S. or R.T.S. reinforcement grill for RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S. plain rods / RTS rods and binding wire)

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering in CM 1:5 Mix using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all lab our charges and materials charges completed..

Painting two coats with Exterior/interior first quality Emulsion of approved colour over one coat of primer including cost and conveyance and all lab our charges and materials charges completed..

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
