4. Test Report: Relevant test reports and certifications to be provided to meet the requirements of the applicable statutory compliance standards.
5. Warranty: Warranty Certificate valid for 24 months from date of commissioning
Resolution time during warranty period : a) Successful bidder should resolve any breakdown of the system due to manufacturing defect within 72 hours from the time of intimation. The intimation will be phone call fallowed by a mail.
b) Failing which a penalty of INR. 5000/- per day will be levied on agency and which will be recovered from the Performance Bank Guarantee.
6. Training:
a) The tenderer should send his technical person at his own cost to Bangalore International Airport Ltd. for 02 days to train operational staff in the operation, Do’s & Don’ts of the machine and to carry out routine maintenance
b) The entire training cost shall be included in the proposal.
7. Manuals:
a) The successful tenderer should supply 01 sets of operation manuals in English language.
8. Documents:
a) The tenderer should also submit a list of deviations, if any, of the offered system than specified in the tender document.
b) In case the offered system has advantages or superior points than specified in the technical document, the tenderer can list out such advantages. BIAL will be the final authority to consider or reject such deviations.
9. Annual Maintenance Contract:
a) Bidder should provide post warranty Five-year annual maintenance contract.
b) During AMC period Monthly One visit for one day is to be done by successful bidder for maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
c) Success bidders should resolve any breakdown of the system due to manufacturing defect or wear and tear within 72 hours from the time of intimation. The intimation will be phone call followed by a mail.
d) Failing which a penalty of INR. 5000/- per day will be levied on agency and which will be recovered from the Performance Bank Guarantee.
