Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified by Engr in charge

M&L Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne.

M&L 150 mm thick (spreadthickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulder or quarried stone boulders of granite/basalt/trap stone (63 to 100mm size) laid in layers ,inter stices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick WBM/WMM in two layers consisting of 75 mm thck (compacted thickness) each layer with coarse broken stone of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tone power roller. Note:- The rolling and consolidating shall be excuted independantly for each layer of 75 mm thick.

M&L for preparing WBM surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kgs/XSQM using paving bitumen before laying the bituminous macadam surfaces.

M&L Premix bituminous,macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm ) to reqd gradient using paving bitumen any penetration of binder content of 4% by Wt of total mix all as specified and directed.

M&L applying a priming/tack coat above bituminous macadam with paving bituminous primer VG -30 @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm.

M&L Bituminous premix Semi dence Asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (bitumen VG -30) binder content weight of total mix using paving bitumen any penetration rolled & consolidated to reqd camber & gradient complete, all as spd and dir.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc 1.5 KM upto a total distance of 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, pointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), ncluding making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever or equired complete.(including the required excavation for kerb stone placing), all as specified and directed.
