Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm( Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 Sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for Rainforced concrete work in Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2 (1cement :1Sand: 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for Rainforced concrete work in Walls (Any thickness) attached pillasters, pillasters, buttresses, beam girder and contilevers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
Providing mild steel/tor steel for RCC work including bending and binding placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.
i) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like.
ii)Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness .
Providing and fixing cast iron cover without frame for main holes for frame 500mm internal diameter C.I. cover (Medium duty) the weight of coner to not less than 58 kg with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.
Providing and laying (porus) No fine cincrete 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded stone agg. 40mm) and above and curing complete with weep holes or porus etc. with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.
Providing and placing horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer Incharge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing nad fixing C.I. sluice valve with hand wheel as per IS 780 class 1.00 300mm dia including brass spindal and as per IS 2906 class-II diameter more than 300 mm complete with bolt nuts rubber insertion etc (the tail piece if required shall be measured and paid seperately) (80mm dia).
Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, Laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches following plain ended GMS pipe of various dia and classes as under confirming to BIS 1239 (Part-I) 1990 or latest with up to date amendments, capable of withstanding required test pressure in BIS code in rendom lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitale for butt weld, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 819-1969 or latest as applicable (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site tail pieces tees bends manufactured from parents pipes etc. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge (earth work shall be measured and paid saperately). The pipe ends shall be levelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest applicable and with uptodate ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at siteof work with welded rods of Advani/oeriliken make/ISI marked (welded rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces,tee bends & other special manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specification as per site conditions. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads & lifts andas directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The pipe shall have zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments & shall be engraved with API grade. It shall include the cost of NRV, Scour valve and air valve of required rating which are to be fixed at required locations as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The laying shall cofirm to BIS 5822-970 or latest with upto date ammendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Earth work & cost of MS Flanges after 100meter length shall be measured & paid for seperately.) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials at site andas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
