Supplying and installation of 7.5HP ,415V, 3-Phase sump/Open well submersible water pumpset capable of discharging water not less than 7.5LPS at 30M head , having suction and discharge lines of size 63mmX63mm including mounting the pumpset on existing MS stand, S/F of suitable bolts & nut etc as required.(M/s Kirloskar/KSB/Crompton greaves or similar superior make)

S&F of suitable pump stand made of MS Channel of 100mmx50mmx5mm thick along with supports of suitable size MS angle/Flat for mounting the motor pumpset including fabrication, cutting, welding, drilling holes, painting with three coats of rubber paint( to avoid rusting) etc as required

Supplying & Laying of 63mm dia 'B' class GI pipe with accessories such as bend, Tee including cutting, threading transportation charges etc as required.(M/s Tata/Jindal or superior make)

S & L of 63mm nominal Dia with average wall thickness 5.16mm UPVC Pipe along with suitable size accessories like Bend, MTB, 'Tee' etc as per site requirements as required.(PRESSURE RATING – UPVC PIPES SCH 80)

S&F of the Three Phase DOL starter suitable for 7.5HP pump set in sheet steel enclosure with provision for Over Load and Phase Failure protection suitable for operation on 415V, 50 HZ AC Supply for operating 7.5 HP motor pump set as required.( M/s L&T MN 16 DOL or similar superior make )

S&F of 63A 4Pole on load changeover switch with metal enclosure suitable for working on 3-Ph,50Hz, AC supply including interconnections testing etc as required.(M/s L&T CO10630OSOO or superior make)

Providing Auto Stop arrangement with one number NO/NC contact and suitable two core wire of suitable length from overhead tank to DOL starter , making suitable Ball & aluminium rod including threading, fixing the entire assembly on to the tank with suitable supporting MS angle/flat support, testing etc as required.

S& F of suitable size metal/CPVC (40mm Dia-1No, 25/32mm dia-3No) Ball valve arrangement for auto closure of tank inlet valve upon filling up of tank etc as required.

Supplying and Laying of 3core 4 sqmm FLAT submersible copper conductor cable suitable for 415V, AC Supply as required

S&F the following accessories to the above pump sets including testing & making good as required. a) 63mm Dia GI Union

b) MS Clamps for holding GI pipe along with suitable bolts & nuts

c) 63mm Dia Non return Valve ( Brass or Bronze)

d) 63mm Dia UPVC Union
