EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoil s to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M sand in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½ :3 (one cement one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and finishing side shuttering wherever necessary. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Column footing, Plinth beam , top tie beam etc.,

Special Ceiling Plastering with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC rain water down fall pipes of approved quality including cost of PVC specials fixing them in position with necessary shoes, bends, clamps, TW plugs, screws, nails etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing (under lintel grove) cold rolled ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 gauge 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece interlocked together with specially designed pipe shaft with adequate number of high tensile steels wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories without workmanship and the entire shutter painted with two coats of best quality anti-corrosive nut brown color paint over one coat of red oxide primer and clear opening of 1.8 M width 2.60 M height . The rolling shutter shall be placed below the lintel and behind the RCC curtain slab of 7.5 cm thick and 45 cm depth. Each rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S.6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in position of Steel Windows (Two Leaves) with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of 'Z' section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg./m and mullion 'J' section (F4B) of size 46 x 25 x 3mm at 2.28 kg./m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg./m as specified in IS 7452 / 1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames. Horizontal stiffeners using 18 x 5mm MS Flat at 0.70 kg./m at 3 Nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR Sheets in position firmly. 2 numbers of sturdy hinges and one number of handle-cum-latch of special type made with 18 x 5mm MS flats are revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window.

Supplying and fixing steel N-Type VENTILATOR of size 1.20m x 0.60m using extruded angle (Z-section 25mmx25mmx3mm) for outer frames with center mullion (T-section)and with weld mesh of 25mmx25mm 10guage on all three sides ( 2 verticals 1 horizontal) and 10mm size MS square bars horizontally one at top and one at bottom welded to the frames with necessary MS flats of size 20mmx4mm thick and with necessary FRP plain sheets properly fixed with teakwood fillets MS hold fast 20cm long and necessary ring. The rate shall be inclusive of one coat of steel red oxide primer and two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved quality paint (N-Type Ventilator should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

FLOOR FINISHING with fine polished cuddapah slab laid over cement mortar 1:3(one cement and three sand) of 20mm thick including pointing the fine polished cuddapah slab with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth mixed with black oxide and as directed. The fine polished cuddapah slab shall be of size 60cm x 45cm for a thickness of 40 mm machine cutting on all sides and top surface semi-polished. The Tolerance for thickness shall not exceed + 10%(Rate includes cost of all materials).

Painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost of distemper, primer, cleaning, scrabbing the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges etc., complete, complying standard specification and as directed. ( The quality and colour of oil bound distemper should got approved by the Executive Engineer before use.)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Electrical works Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC. Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall, covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light / fan point (For electronic regulator) (5 Points Per Coil)

Supply and run of 2 of 2.5 sqmm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth connection with painting of suitable colour.

Supply and Run of 2 of 10 sq.mm (140/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI wire for service connection mains

Supply and fixing of 5A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5 A flush type switch on suitable TW box

Supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 5A (3 pin and 2 pin) combined flush type wall socket with control switches concealed in suitable TW box covered with hylem sheet in flush with wall with earth connection (for computer plug socket)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting

supply and fixing of 30W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 25 mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no. 25 mm GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with PVC unsheathed copper leads with MS clamps and with painting

Supply and fixing of 1200mm sweep (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 metre down rod on the existing clamp

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire for earth connection
