Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Clearance of service septic tank and removing the night soil and debris etc. manually from the tank/chamber to a distant place preferably during holidays or at night by bailing out the deposited night soil,buring the same in near by trenches/pits which has been dug earlier and covering the same.The service septic tank is cleaned with clear water and completed as directed by the Department. (e) For 10 users

Cleaning & clearing the inspection chamber which is partly filled with night soil connected to septic tank soak pit with both side soil pipe of length 1.80m manually and disposed off the block by pushing with bamboo kamis as directed by the Department.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of 6 Kg/cm2 (Supreme/Prince) or other ISI approved including joining ,fitting and fixing wiyh clamps etc.as necessary complete at all levels including below G.L as directed and specified. (a) 110mm dia.

Construction of filter bed in soak pit including earth work in excavation of soil and then filling up of the trench with brick bats/Charcoal covered with earth over a layer of A.C. plain sheet above brick bat filling complete as directed. (sizes of soak pit may vary depending on the sizes and capacities of the septic tank as well as the number of users as mentioned in the table.

Clearance of sludge or mud and alike foreign materials etc. from the filtration plant including drying, washing sand to remove silt etc. and refilling the same with new sand wherever required thickness of filter media complete ana as direction of Engineer in-charge or his representative (new sand will be supplied at free of cost of by the department)

Labour charge for cleaning the wall surface by brushing, brooming etc. and washing the same after comnpletion and direction of Engineer in-charge
