Demolition of brickwork or stone/brick masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge..

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 10 mm thick base coat and 5 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces incl using richer mix for making corners if necessary incl making grooves of existing size and necessary two legged MS pipe scaffolding as wherever required incl curing required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, soffits, facia roof and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down snow soot,moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of exterior 100% premium acrylic emulsion pain incl. necessary scaffolding and safety measurements complete all as specified.

Providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in lintels upto 1.5 M clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl. necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in subbase and finished fair and even including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
