DEDUCTION

Salvage value of AC sheet recovered after its removal from roofing of 6450 MT godown ( Considering 50%)

Salvage value of steel (wind tie + j hooks)recovered after dismantaling from the gable wall of 6450 MT godown ( Considering 50%)

Salvage value of Brick recovered after dismantaling from the paraphet of 6450 MT godown ( Considering 50%)

Dismantling GCI or AC sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts & nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris away from the working area i.e.with in 50.00mtr. Lead. , including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete

Suppling fitting and fixing of precoted Galvanized iron profile sheet gloss of total coated thickness 0.50 mm in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys,wind ties etc complete including cost,conv,tax,lab,etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.(TATA,JSW,BHUSAN STEEL,HINDALCO.)

Dismanteling & removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from the working area i.e. with in 50.00mtr. Lead., including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size black hard granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting with watering ,curring ,cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials ,cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar above 3.00 mtr. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris away from the working area i.e. with in 50. m Lead., including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Brick work using Fly ash B.bricks having crushing strength not less tan 75kg/cm2 in C.M (1:6) using bricks of approved quality of size 10"x 5"x 3" having diamensional tolerance ± 10% after immersing the bricks 6 hours in water before use including hoisting, lowering, laying, cutting, moulding, corbelling, champering, watering, curring in Foundation & Plinth with cost conveyance taxes royalties of all materials cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep & removing the debris away from the working area i.e.with in 50.00mtr Lead., including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete.

12 mm thick Cement Plaster(1:6) for brick work or stone masonry including cost,conv,tax,lab,etc complete.

Inside and out side of the gd(up to 4.00 mtr)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work TWO coats to give an even shade including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint.

Wall painting 2 coats with weather paint of approved shade on wall surface over a coat of water bound wall cement primer to give an even shade including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping, cleaning rubbing, scaffolding etc.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washinh with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges including all cost et complete.

Repair & maintenance of rolling shutter including cost,conv,taxes lab t&P etc complete

Earth work in hard soil of gravely soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing, and breaking clods to maxmimum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
