Providing Paver Block

Earthwork excavation in all soils except hard rock requiring balsting and conveying for formation of hard bund with initial lead 0 to 100 meter deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching formation of bunds,breaking clods,sectioning etc

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Supply and erecting centering charges for all concreet works including all cost etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying Paver Block of 60mm thick approved design made out of 12mm and 6mm HBGS chips in M30 mix properly cured to attain the required strength, Laying and interlocking block and well compacted using 1-3 ton capacity compressor, the cost inclusive of all materials for manufacturing, interlocking block loading transportation to work site unloading and labour charges for fixing over Sand bed of 30mm thick & Joints filling using compressor of 1-3 ton capacity including hire and fuel charges for compressor and all other incidental charges etc complete.

Painting two coats over New iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
