REPAIR AND MAINT OF STREET LIGHT/SECURITY LIGHT SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING /FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM AT 2003 STN REPAIR AND MAINT OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT OF PIPELINE INCLUDING SLUICE VALVES PITS AND ALL

M&L checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fittings (HPSV, HPMV, Metal Halide, T-5, LED Lights, Post top, Trafic light fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) other than those mentioned in item No 2 , 17,18 & 19 below either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 1.5 sqmm twin core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor multistrand cable for electric connection from overhead line / junction box to street light complete all as specified.

S&F as in repairs street light bracket made of GI Pipe 25 mm dia light grade 1.5 Mtr in length, bent to required shape fixed with 2 Set of MS Clamps made out of flat iron 40x4mm, incl bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs Junction box (Bus bar chamber box) of size 250 x 200x 105 mm made out palstic suitable for 415 Volt, 4 Way TPN aluminium bus bars of capacity 100 amps with 01 No. MCB, SP, 6 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA for controlling the street light complete fixing arrangement to the pole with nut, bolts and washers including providing the electrical connection for incoming / outgoing cable through proper lugs/thimbles complete all as directed.

S&F as in repairs GI pipe 40 mm dia, light grade for cable protection fixed along the pole, with suitable size MS Clamps made out of 25x3mm thick flat including nuts bolts and washers complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for prepration of old painted steel tubular pole 9 meter height by scraping with steel wire brush and cleaning the rust of pole and cross arm and applying two coat of Aluminium paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer above 1.5 m height and painting red and white strips ( 30 cm width ) with synthetic enemel paint upto 1.5 m height from bottom point, and writing the exhisting pole number with black paint in yellow circle of dia 150 mm , complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint on RCC pole from 1.5 mtr above the GL and balance 1.5 m from ground level will be painted by synthetic enamel paint in alternatively black and white strap of 30 cm after scraping /removing the existing paint and the preparation on the surface of RCC LT pole. Pole No will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed..

M&L repair to street panel board indoor / outdoor type of any capacity having Incomer & out going MCBs, timer switch and power contractor by carrying out the following works:- (i) Cleaning incomer switches, bus bar & out going switches etc thoroughly by mechanichally. (ii) Replacement of rusted bolts & nuts, screws, thimble etc as per existing. (iii) Replacement of Incoming / out going switches as per existing make & model. (iv) Replacement of timer switch and cortractor as per existing make & model. (v) Replacement of control wiring with suitable size as per existing copper wire (vi) Making the locking arrangement functional including welding if required (vii) making proper connections for out going / incoming cable by providing suitable thimble as required. Note: MCBs, timer switch and contractor shall be measured and paid separatly as 'Supply only' against respective item of this Schedule.
