Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and specified type 410-SP-31 ( 9 Mtr long) in truly vertical position, 1.5 m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts complete all as specified, laying GI pipe light grade for cable protection and fixing to existing pole with flat iron clamp 25x3mm including nuts bolts and washers etc complete of 40mm dia including taking out old unserviceable pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/ brown or green insulators including one galvanized MS spindle, two galvanized iron washer, GI nut of size 100 mm height and 65mm dia 1100 volts grade including dismantling of old unsv insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Shackle type insulators, porcelain, vitreous white/ brown or green including galvanised MS strips, bolt, nuts and washer of size 75mm height and 90mm dia, size of strap section 31x3mm and dia of 12 mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade incl dismantling of old unsv insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, and one under coat and one finished coat of aluminium paint incl dismantling of old unsv cross arms etc complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium conductors, steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size for OH lines including stretching, binding wire, jumpers, line taps etc including dismantling of old unsv conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching only the ACSR conductor fixed on over head line poles and tightening the ACSR by taking down the conductor from insulators complete with auth sag and rewinding with insulators in proper position after tightening with new aluminium winding wire of dia 2mm all as specified and directed.

Stay assembly using stay rod of 16mm dia complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No. 1 and including loop type insulator (white brown or green) incl dismantling of old unsv stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of steel tubular electrical poles cross arms channels etc after scrapping the old patchy cracked paint by applying one coat of aluminium paint to complete pole,clamps,channel ,cross arms and black strip of 30cm up to 1.5 mtr height on the same including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor will ensure to take shut down on the feeder in writing before commencement of painting work on electrical poles.

Painting of PCC poles with bracket/fitting etc complete by scrubbing old deteriorted paint and preparing the surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint including colour strip of two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.50 mtr height, writing pole No. in black base, complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of trees branches from electric over head lines and clearing of 2 meter distance horizontal and vertical from outer edge of conductor including removing cut branches to 50 Mtr (minimum) away from the place all as directed. Note: Contractor will ensure to take shut down on the feeder in writing before commencement of work on electrical lines.

Supply and laying in repairs 80mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of electric cable/strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repairs 50mm dia GI tubing, light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of electric cable/strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repairs 40mm dia GI tubing, light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of electric cable/strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unserviceable service cable taken as credit including Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections of 16 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 50 but 10 Sqmm 2 Core.

S & F in repair bus bar chamber of size 60x60x45cm suitable for 3 phase 433 volts, outdoor type made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with 200 Amps rated aluminium bus bar 4 Nos, PVC sleeves and coloured (red, yellow, blue and black) with locking arrangements and angle iron stand of size 40x40x6mm frame grouted in ground with PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate alongwith all necessary cable connections, lugs and cable gland including 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long copper strip of size 32x6mm with protection pipe of 40mm dia GI light grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by -14.50%(Minus) (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.
