Demolition of lime concrete including bituminous felt of any description and in any position and other wise specifically provided for (Disposal of debris outside of MD land )complete all as directed.

40mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 with 12.5mm graded aggregate including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC laid over the PCC when the concrete is green (Roof treatment) (Note : WPC will be measured & paid separately) complete all as directed.

Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3.0 to 3.2 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 180 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 centigrade having tensile strength of 650N/sqcm and 350 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap PCC 1:2:4 type B0 of radius 75mm shall be provided at junction of roof & other vertical surfaces & applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm top of membrane surface shall than be finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Chipping removing, carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness upto 60mm from RCC surfaces of coloumns, beams, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer /Breaker without damaging the structure and disposal of debris outside MOD land complete all as directed. Note:- Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire /rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material ,dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make “Feovert” of Krishna conchem” OR “Roff Rust Cleaner” of Pidilite or “ Shali Rust off” of STP Ltd on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as directed. (Mode of measurement: The area of steel only).

Anticorrosive treatment to reinforcement using Corroseal-ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc primer of Dr Fixit or equivalent of STP, application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning /wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces completes all as directed. (Note: Mode of measurement: The area of steel only)

Epoxy bond coat of Make: Fosroc ( NITIBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit or equivalent of M/s Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete by brush application complete all as directed.

Building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem Molith –PMM /Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit or equivalent of STP , while the bonding agent is still tacky upto 20mm thickness including leveling, profiling etc complete all as directed. ( Note : Epoxy Bond coat shall be measured and paid separately)
