Grandular Sub- base with well Graded Material (A) BY Mix in place method construction of granular sub- base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheelo roller to achieve the desired density complete.(As per Analysis)

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand (Dholpur sand Not less than in 1.25 FM) of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including intarnal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

RCC Work Providing and laying inposition specified grade of reinforced cement concrete slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement All work upto plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 coarse sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (PWDSOR 2025-26 Chapter No-05 Item No.8 Spec. No. 5.1).

M.S or Iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary of the work and including the suply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (As per Analysis of Rate)

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side fromwork .......................... 1501 (approved Quarri grit) (PWD SOR 2025-26, Chepter-12, SI N0-11).
